if you needed help you would be happy she can carry it... so it wouldnt be a problem...
even better, she could do more work while you gain more muscle(or fat) so that no one notices she is muscly, probably more than you when you remove the flabs (she's gotta have more muscles if she can hold something you cant!)

I thought carrying items was more about endurance than actually flexing muscles. It's not as if you'll be lifting things up and down doing reps while you're walking from Woolies to your car.
Well you might not :(

What's the big problem with toned girls?

Muscle tone, or flab... I know which I'd choose. ;)

Exactly. And tone = muscle.

A girl with muscle isn't the equivalent of a woman-body-builder (which is disgusting imo). To me, it just means the girl makes an effort to take care of her body and tone with frequent exercise. Even the thinnest models workout.

Hit the nail on the head... and just to add my two cents - i dont like the look of the thinnest models - i like curves which sometimes lack on the thinnest of them...

Being tone doesnt always refer to muscles.

It is basically just a well defined body shape for a particular individual.

Nah, girls need curve.

I like girls because they are everything guys are not.

I like my girls with soft hips and stomach.

And a little bit of bat.

It's all good in the hood.

Girls who have toned bodies are pretty attractive, in my opinion. That is, a bit of muscle supported with a little fat on a good voluptuous bone structure, so they look quite curvaceous.
