I was thinking that, too.

If I had any significant amount of money, I could make a killing by buying shares now. It's the perfect time.

Oh well, I'll just have to wait till the next crash.

lol pretty sure he was trolling :p we just had a big rally, and it's likely to drop off again soon. we're not nearly out of shit yet

Yeah... but there are certain markets, companies and stocks that are not possibly going to fail, and are going to rally super hard after this is over. Tech and mining for instance.

Wouldn't it be prudent to buy these now, or do you think they have a lot further to fall?

Well I think we may go down a bit more (given that the past week was a huge rally week), but many actual experts are predicting that we are nowhere near the bottom - early 09 should start showing these bottoms, as the banks are all still fucked
