Overall is a guy who is not gay but wears tight clothing...cool or uncool? Hot or not?

Depends on if the guy is actually hot himself, then it would sort of be ok. Because he could easily pull it off. He'd have to be dressed well all over too.
But otherwise, not cool and hence not hot.

Tight shirts always look gay. Tight pants can occasionally look good on the right guy but it is a very very very very fine line, 90% of the time the guy looks like an emo or a fag or both.

If he is actually gay the rules are different because looking gay would then not be a bad thing.

Also it should go without saying that guys who weigh more than, like, 60kgs should not ever wear tight pants EVER, no matter what their sexual preferences, that would just be too hilariously wrong.

i dont think you need a skinny build at all. they work for guys with a muscular build as well. you just need to not be carrying excess weight.
