Anyone know when this is comin out? I watched this 20+min clip of the gameplay not long ago and i swear... everything is so realistic. I bet i can spend hours just by mucking around with the interactive environment, like, shooting holes in barrels, pushing different objects into water to see if they float / sink etc

Yeah the game looks VERY realistic.

But I don't care too much for realism. It's gameplay that counts.

I don't really care that if i shoot a box in a certain place it will break differently. But the graphics are awesome.

Wonder if there is going to be a counterstrike mod for hl2

anyway, farhhhh half life 2 is like leet when it comes to gameplay too. im wonderin if anyone else saw the clip i saw. aiight theres this one scene, it demonstrates the really smart AI of opponents. ur being chased by some marines, u run into this crappy building, jam the door behind u with some furniture. one marine breaks the window with his gun, looks in and sprays u abit. u hide behind more furniture. the rine chucks a grenade in. it explodes. then like 2 of em jump thru the window after ya.

thats pretty much what happens in iraq / israel etc these days

but im more of a realism fan ehehe
