Today i had my business exam.... it didn't end up the way i wanted it too..

tomorrow is Advanced English (inner journey's and Life is beautiful)

Had english this morning and Art in the afternoon

Fcuked up the AOS for english, why do the unseen texts have to be so confusing?

But for the first time i cracked the 2nd booklet for an essay in section 2 so im pretty happy with that

And art....who knows...our teacher couldnt even remember to give us writing paper lol

hey

just finished my half yearlies

im devoed, i didnt work as hard as i couldve, and thats been reflected from the results ive gotten back

each exam was weighted 25%, except english which was 10%
all my results are between 60 and 75%, and that puts me in around the average mark for each subject

wat im paticulalrly disappointed with is general maths, i got 60% in, i think im coming like 40th out of 50, i know thats gonna kill my uai


can i still achieve a UAI in the early 90s if i improve? Or should i aim lower?

You really have to improve your GM rank, but 90's is still no unrealistic, so long as you rank well internally and do extremly well externally.

I pretty sure im going to get dominated in some exams.

If you put in a lot of effort you will be able to bring up your rank. Dont lower your goal just because you did bad now.

The guy who duxed my school last year came 50th out of 52 for his first english assesment. He then went on to top the school in english and get a UAI of 99.80 so dont let bad results get you down. If nothing else, use it as motivation to put in extra effort for the rest of the year.

we start ours on wednesday.
so i have english.
then a four day weekend.
then four exams in a row.
and i definitely haven't done enough work.

wanted: one soul keeper. applicants must be able to keep secrets, and promise to read to me only after my hsc. LOL.

legal- 80, 3rd
modern-76, 4th
ancient-66, 3rd
eng adv- 93.5- 1st
eng ext- 84- 3rd

bio- 66 but yea im not that dissapointed because its my extra units, PLUS i went from a 22percent in prelim to this and i didnt even study.

my tips to all you guys, study hard man, DONT LEAVE THE LAST CHAPTER TO 2AM LOL LIKE I DID AHAHAH

Perhaps if id peered on one of the sample source study thingos once, i wouldve aced it lol. and for section 2 i got 80percent (russia) aparently the info was there but i didnt link it to the question :mad1: :mad1: :mad1: :mad1: :mad1: :mad1: :mad1:

but yer, guys dont stress over english, i got 14/15 for each one, just know your techniques damn well, and SET A CREATIVE TASK PRIOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and as for the essay just make dot points and read over them..

oh well. i better hit the books..got some improving to do in my histories :mad1:

mine started today and its always english first

one more exam this wk and then 4 day weekend before 2 exams in a row, 1 day off and then 1 more exam.

extension hsitory tommorow, my first one, and i am not looking foreward to it.
english tommorow, then nothing friday. maths and extension english monday, modern tuesday, ancient wednesday, s+c thurs, and then holidayyyys.

im not stressed, im ranked first in everything but maths already, and ive studies a shitload.
