Would it be a wise decision to start half-yearly notes during the Term 1 holidays?
Some friends that I have asked, have tried it before and have found themselves having more notes than what would be needed for the exam .
And would it be a good way of "training yourself" for 11 & 12?

Go for it if you like. It couldn't hurt to consolidate what you have learnt, and if you get bored of that, then you can move on!
