If B (All boys are girls) is correct, then all girls are boys because of the symmetry of the given statements. Then there is only one sex in the universal set of sexually active and homosexual. So B is correct.
Consider this example then:

All odd numbers are real numbers. All even numbers are real numbers. All odd numbers are integers. All even numbers are integers. All integers are real numbers.
Based on your logic, can I conclude that all odd numbers are even numbers.

I reckon 'From the above, we can conclude that:' should read 'Which one/more of the following fits the above:'

A is also correct.
Did you read this post.

If the two groups are in fact the same group, then B fits the given statements, but you cannot conclude B from the given statements. I also said A fits the given statements as well.

Your example of two different groups also fits your statements, but you cannot conclude the two different groups are the same group.
