basically what the question is asking is for you to discuss what aspects of Hamlet you pick up and really enjoy, you can also talk about the different readings for example AC Bradley's 'Hamlet is Pathologically Melancholic'. You can then go on to discuss why this aspect/reading on Hamlet strikes a personal chord with you (how your personal paradigms influence this).
I just recently did an assessment task in which we had to discuss why Hamlet was an eduring text because it strikes a personal chord with a range of readers. We had to accept or reject different readings and state why we accept or reject them and back that up with how our context and the author's context influences our understanding of hamlet.
