How come this degree is only 3 years and the bachelor of cpm is 4 years at UTS. Can someone tell me a bit about the degree and how hard it is.

I am also interested at this since it is very potential cuse the growth of construction industry. UNSW bachelor of construction management and property also have a lower atar
