It isn't usually slow, but about one in every 4 or 5 times I come here its very slow. Servers need an upgrade!

bored of studies = slow

latley when I try and load bored of studies, it either is extremely slow or, it just doesnt load.
every other website works apart from bored of studies.
so if anyone can help me that would be great

p.s. I am using Google Chrome as an internet browser

I was signing up last night and it was awefully slow then...

But now its whole lot faster !

The reason it goes slow is because the server is getting clogged up by so many computers needing to use up its resources. A server is simply a supercharged computer... and a popular site like this has to support about 500 members at a time sometimes..

Lol this site gets much more than 500 people at a time considering lots of people don't come on the forums and only download resources. Still, if a server can't handle that much it's definitely time to upgrade..

lol, its always slow during trial-hsc period. what do you expect though? thousands of kids all wanting to scab the same lame answers off the resources section. I doubt there will be an upgrade as the owners are hardly on + they're not exactly making massive profits from the place.

veeeeery sloooooooow today. And how do you know they aren't making profits, obviously they aren't spending much money on site and server maintainance... and there would be advertising revenue...
