Hey guys, would really appreciate some guidance.

Been getting about 50-60% or lower in most of my tasks for all my subjects (Adv English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Design and Tech, 1U SOR)
Do you think I could get an ATAR of 80+ if I did exceptionally well in the HSC exams?
School ranking is about 100

Depends on whether you put in the effort for your Oct/Nov exams : )

However keep this in mind
Often people who don't do so well in their internals often make the excuse, "i'll work my ass off in the HSC exams" but end up not doing any better because they still procrastinate or have poor study methods
