um yeah actually apple seeds do have traces of cyanide in them, so if you ate a metric shitload of apple seeds you wouldn't be that great.
Also, the skin contains 5M Phosphoric Acid.
So yer. you should try peel off the skin......

The only plant to worry about for cyanide poisioning is the Cassava plant and eating hundreds of seeds, virtually are seeds contain natural trace amounts of cyanide.

Isn't apple skin supposed to be healthy? I heard that its better to eat apples with the skin on, because apple skin is apparently good for the digestive system (i think) ??

yeah i heard stuff about there being more vitamins in the skin than in the flesh of the fruit and that if you peel it you're wasting loads of nutrients by doing so. so i always eat them with the skin on.

I heard that there is this specific Krispy Kreme iced donut that is kinda good for you. not in terms of fat and stuff but, from the way it is cooked and the icing they use. so the donut has some unique oils or vitamins or something, and its actually good for you, if you have one every 2 weeks or so.

Haha. I severely doubt there is anything good about a krispy kreme donut.

I read recently that:

1. blueberries have the most disease fighting chemicals of any food
2. apples have the most antioxidants of any fruit (1.5 times blueberries)

Potatoes?

They're just carbs. Nothing to em.

Berries, dark leafy greens, nuts/grains, fish, maybe yogurt?

Potatoes do contain signifacant amount of protein with no fat.

You may argue that different potatoes have different nutrition. But they are really similar.

'fish' is too general, I think. But it is true that fish are good for our health (good fat with lots of protein).

Yeah, I should have added yogurt (no added sugar ones, I mean).

^ Of course Western Potatoes is going to talk up the nutrition of what they sell. They're not going to admit that the potato is the shittest vegetable.

edit: I take that back. Cos lettuce is the worst vegetable.
