Just saw this in today's SMH. Key to looking after yourself:

- eat healthy food

- don't smoke

- exercise regularly

- get a good sleep

Many on bos stay up too late. Please make sure you have a good sleep. Confine your studies to regular hours preferably between 6.00 am to 12 pm. Stay up late now and then only when absolutely necessary.

All nighters should be a No No.

This is good advice, people should be getting about 8 hours of sleep

It's very good advice, and you don't realise how good you feel on a solid 8 hours sleep until you do it.

10km a day is insane. That's longer than my walks from casino to Bondi Junction. How do you not want to off yourself every morning before school?

I used to walk about that, in total, when going to uni. 2km to and from Rockdale. 1.5km to and from Redfern to the middle/North of Usyd. That, plus walking to Broadway or Newtown and back to uni, you'll rack up 10km easily.
