Do i need tax number??

For the option : select a payment option

Is that i go for "Upfront" ??

If you intend to defre your HECS then you need a tax file number
If you are able to pay your HECs now or some you go upfront I think....

You need a tax number for all the HECS options (and have it as a safety net even if you are paying full fees).

Paying upfront means you pay a certain amount of the actual fee upfront, and you'll be eligible for a discount later when you repay the rest of the debt - is this the option you want?

You don't NEED it, it's just advisable (I never gave UNSW my TFN)

Get a job.

Another option is to get a student loan, I assume the interest will be better than 25% ....

Yeh I do have a job. I've considered it several times but it'll cause too much a dent in my pocket....I'm already giving damn cityrail too much money.
