HELP.. Chemistry Essay (1 Viewer)

Hey All :spin:

Really need help with writing a Chemistry essay??
what is its structure?, what needs to be in it?
It is on the dotpoint "Assess the evidence which indicates increases in atmospheric concentration of oxides of sulfur and nitrogen"
its also has a 500 word limit..

Advantages+Disadvantages plus give your own judgement of whether evidence is valid/strong, no intro needed, its not an english essay

content wise, i'm lost.

direct measurements are made by statutory bodies, such as NSW EPA, and also by scientists researching the atmosphere

Talk about things like ice core samples, testing air and comparing to 'clean' locations etc. You can talk about the fact that only recently technology has developed to allow accurate readings therefore we have no real figures to compare to. I'd probably also mention that as sulfur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide are soluble in water, they are effectively 'cleaned' by the water cycle. Dinitrogen monoxide levels however in Australia have been reported to rise by 130% since the 90's due to fertilizer etc. Good luck and make sure you present an assessment, not just list facts :)
