Probably becacause they were earning money while others were still in uni

errr... so while ur in uni for 3years, they accumilate 15million dollars..... yeh that sounds normal...

and hu says they dunt learn stuff.... they get education, seinars, internet, libraries and ofcourse they hire people, but they are learning just as much everyday at work as you would at uni... they just have guts... guts most uni students dunt have....
