its ok, i dont think i have even coverd this in class, really for legal it would be to have a safe work place, make sure employees are not discriminated against. hmm i want to know now lol. research time.

There are the responsibilites of management in general.

To be specific, legal responsibilities of management include:

- Occupational Health and Safety Act 1983
- Trade Practices Act 1974
and etc.

Those two are the easiest to remember for me.
