i have an assessment coming up in pdhpe -
2initiatives for each of the 5 actions areas in the Ottawa charter regarding 'mental health' & 'substance abuse'

arghhhh i don't fully understand the 2initiatives- they are confusing me!!

like DPS for ex: knowledge and skills etc but the rest send me loopy
