Help!!!...my DET Portal doesn't work.. (1 Viewer)

I haven't changed my password at all ..and I can't login at home on my computer. My username is right..but I think i can use my password and username at school and it worked.. last time I access the portal was like a month ago at school.

I can't login, i really need it for school work.

Anyone help?

Oh..and..i tried My Secret Question to retrieve my password..doesn't work..because i forgot my answer..damnit

u cant really do anything, I accessed mine, it works, so shold yours.

Try hard and remember your password.

or try "thursday" as your password.

BTW the password is the same as the one u use at school for internet access.

actually...I know my password, but see...it still doesn't work...I've been using the same password for 6 years..haven't changed it..so im actually wondering why it doesn't work.

Tried 'thursday' didn't work. I tried contacting BOS and see if they can reset the password or something.

What do you want us to do for you? We can't do anything. Go to the teacher in your school who can change the passwords and stuff, you don't have to go through BOS...

+1, certain sections like the mailbox won't allow access :S. Everything else appears to be working fine again now though.

and yeah mel, report it to clarke or is it hilton?...he should be able to do something about it.

ours wasn't working either. type 'web portal' into google, and get into it that way then just keep going as usual to emails etc. hope this works for you, as it did for us
