Help needed for electromagnetism question (1 Viewer)

27018 in the Formula for force on current carrying conductor it reads as: F=BILsinΘ
where B is magnetic field strength, I is current and L is length of wire. does it matter what angle theta is if the force is into or out of the page, as in will the force be the same on the wire if it as at any angle. (imagine the wire was diagonal in the picture) would it affect the force or would the angle only matter if the wire and magnetic field are in the same plane

No it wouldn't because the angle theta would still be perpendicular. Hold up some pens or something and u will see the angle is still 90 degrees
