Hi
I recently printed the syllabus for physics and was wondering to write my dot points.
I was wondering if you should write about the STUDENTS LEARN TO: AND STUDENTS: section together or just the STUDENTS LEARN TO?

Do it together, as the "students" section usually coincides with the "students learn to" section.

However, different formats help different people, so if it doesn't work then do it separately

i wrote mine out as the dot points went e.g.
1. title of the section - this is actually important to write down and know stuff about. the biology hsc last year asked a question about a person who was only mentioned in the topic outline
1.1 - notes
1.2 - notes
1.3 - notes
etc
