Im just wondering if teachers are allowed to force you to drop a subject?

i did not perform that well in my Maths EXT 1 yearlies... probs due to the fact that i didnt study that much.... but....

i still want to keep it for year 12 and study harder for it and im just worried that i will be forced to drop it

or do they just recommend me to drop it? and i keep it if i want??

You need to seriously consider whether you are willing to put in the effort and whether you truly need this subject for university to make an informed decision whether you should drop it or not.
