Ok, a number of us are struggling with stuff that can actually be found on the net.

This thread here is to help ppl in particular problems

Eg, networking, Internet problems, email problems, MAC problems, printer stuff, setup files, application programs, ETC...

www.experts-exchange.com - seriously, these forums have saved my life. Although the discussions usually direct to microsoft help site, they direct you in the right place and list out their problems pretty detailed.
