a) I'm guessing it means outcomes as in the selection of answers, e.g. TTTTTFFFFF. If so then there's 2 answers for each so 2^10 outcomes = 1024.

b) There is a 0.5 probability of getting a question correct, i.e P(10 correct) = 0.5^10 = 1/1024.

c) Now he needs to get the last 4 correct i.e. 0.5^4 = 1/16.

Pika I think it just means the number of possible answers: 2 or if it meant for all 10 the out come woud be 1024

b) 1/2 for a question (.5)^10 because 10 questions
c) assuming first 6 is CORRECT
we dont need to worry about them and the last 4 are 0.5^4 to get correct
