If u have decided (which i have) to implement a network in the organisation, what software and hardware do u need to aquire? with approximate costs?

Do u have textbooks and stuff, maybe that could help u

Or a networking help site listed in the relevant thread. Then you could check prices for stuff needed at a store again listed in the relevant thread.

The network is a LAN between four computers, any websites with information would also be appreciated

It's only a FOUR computer LAN. Windows XP is fine for that.
