I dont seee alot of difference betweeen witnesssing someone be run over or actually being the person in the car running them over - when it is totally the pedestrians fault.
If something isnt ur fault you shoudlnt be legally responsible.
As a decent person with compasssion we should alll stop and help if we could (unless than person is middle easterner or a muslim) but you should not be put in jail for not doing it.
Not helping someone cos there 2 stupid to cross a road -- that shouldnt be a crime.
We are defeating natural selection - its the law of nature.
