Is it just me or does this show follow the exact same formula every episode?
Patient comes in with unexplainable symptoms.
Younger doctors furrow their brows to understand it, House comes in now and again to see the patient and make sarcastic remarks.
Doctors announce what's wrong, which is usually off.
House comes in and goes off with a very Sherlock Holmes style conclusion, proving everyone wrong and the patient is cured.

Seems as though 90% of shows follow a basic formula like that. If people like the formula, no particular reason to vary it too much episode to episode, though season to season changes are nice.

If you watched tonight's episode you'll know House considers Foreman to be the one who ISN'T telling Vogler everything. He pulled Forman off the case so everyone would think Foreman was the mole and that way House could watch the other two more closely.
