im beginning to wonder about how many diseases/odd circumstances they can realistically keep coming up with.

are real diagnosers (sp? that word cant be right..) aware of all the conditions and symptoms and all the possible coincidences that can occur in house or do they have a team of "super diagnosers" who write the script.
