is there a way of doubling my business degree with law for my 2nd year?
if there is den wats the procedures? like mayb doing reali well in all my business subjects?
You'll need to transfer, for one. I'd like to be able to tell you I know the procedure, but I don't. I've only ever
dropped a course, never picked one up. However, and I'm 99% sure this is correct, you will need to apply through the UAC. If you're international, this is not the case (UTS will handle all of your transfers, regardless of what you want to pick up and in what faculty).

If you have partially completed a tertiary course and wish to transfer to another course at a different institution, you must apply through UAC. If you want to transfer to another course at the same institution, check with your institution to see if you need to apply though UAC. In either case you may be eligible for advanced standing - check with the institution/s offering the course/s for which you have applied.
Many students enrol in a course with a view to transferring into another course after completing a year of study. A typical example includes completing one year of a general degree (such as Arts) and then seeking to transfer to a more specialised program (such as Arts/Law)
Transfers such as these are possible but very competitive, usually requiring you to achieve excellent results in your first year of university.
Each institution has its own requirements for transfer and you should check with the relevant institution for more information before you enrol.
UAC ranks your qualifications on behalf of participating institutions but the institution you wish to transfer to decides how your qualifications will be used to transfer to their institution.
Of course, if your UAI was not high enough to get into Bus/Law to begin with, you'll need to show academic capability. I believe that, after a full year of study, they'll take the average of your UAI and of your GPA (or WAM).
