For Bachelor of Arts. I've already accepted my offer and plan to major in History and Film Studies.
Can someone explain to me how to actually enroll (units of study etc.)? I don't understand what to do. And what's the difference between junior units, senior units etc

I think there is a guide on how to enrol so take a look at that on here. Junior units are pretty much your standard first year units with no prerequisites. Intermediate and senior units are your second year and beyond units that may or may not have prerequisites (they usually do) and corequisites. The senior units are important for completing your major (you will usually need 24CP and sometimes complete a specialised unit) so read up on the degree requirements, make sure you're not doing more junior units than is allowed, and ensure that the junior units you do meet the prerequisite requirements of second year onwards units. It's a lot to plan out but it is best to be prepared now so you can graduate on time without having to drag your degree out by another year or two. All the best ~ :)
