I'm having a bit trouble with this, I usually hit the book, understand the concept of a particular topic but 10 minutes later, they come out of my brain out of the blue (my memory is no good, doctor' certificate provided).

So for those who did or those who are doing SDD, how do you study and revise SDD efficiently?

I'm a big fan of writing summaries, then summaries of the summaries etc until its as compressed as i can make it, then making it into a mind map. The more i write things the more i remember it, and i'm a visual learner so a visual representation of the important information is always good.
Also making flash cards of important terms and their definitions helps to learn and understand the key terms of the course.
This is how i study and its working for me.

Edit: D'oh just realised how old this post was.
