What mark are you predicting to get? :O

I've been avging about low 100s in practice HSC papers but I don't think I can get that in the actual exam, more like mid-high 90s instead.

Do you think this year's MX2 exam is going to be easier or harder?

i was getting 80s-90s for 96-05 so then I thought i would jsut do trials instead and do the rest of the hscs later. I did about 20 trial exams started getting around 110-115. Did 06 yesterday and got 109, did 07 today and got 110. Im hoping I can get the same for 08, 09 and 10

LOL yes I need to get off here. Trial papers dont take me more than 2 hours or so. HSC's take up all of the 3 hours though. I was doing 2 trial papers per day. Kind of neglected my other subs...

Hard, very hard.
it will be extremely hard.
I reckon it'll be a lot harder than the CSSA and Independent trial papers, let alone James Ruse. If they put mechanics as the Q8, I will rage (unless if I can do it) :(

to me, it seems like most trial papers are easy compared with HSC questions, especially Q7 to Q8. Q1-Q6 was around the same or harder than HSC level, but Q7 and Q8 was easy for the trials i have been practicing =_=

hsc mechanics is actually harder than trials imo bcuz the questions they ask actually require physical knowledge of wats going on. whereas in trials it was just like rinse and repeat.

+1, I dont know why they make them easier because I thought they were meant to replicate HSC's but i guess its hard to think of super hard questions and they save them for the hsc

True, I recall that my previous MX2 teacher told me that the professors make the Q8s for the HSC. In the trials, most of the Q7s and Q8s are made by teachers who do not have as much ability as professors for example.

Predicting it'll be similar to last year's in terms of difficulty, maybe a tad harder.
