It's not that difficult. I do it all the time, especially when I'm busy or tired. Normally I don't go without for more than a week though, although I mostly toss at this stage just cos I feel obligated to.
Trust me when I say that the 3rd day is the worst. The sexual tension builds up inside for the first three days, but then sort of plateaus and even declines. If you survive the first three days or so, then you can go on indefinately.
At this point in time I haven't tossed since Monday I think, but now I've read this thread I think I might. BBS

EDIT: By the way, when you do break the seal by tossing, and if you've lasted more than that three day period, make sure you do your thing some place that's easy to clean up.
