No it's 3 , hasn't your school focused on the three specific types ?

Usually around 3-4 is a safe bet. When I completed my HSC, our teacher told us to select groups that we were interested in and do some research. In the end she would look at all our summaries and compile a detailed one on each group.

syllabus requires us to do 3, but the change in the syllabus has decreased the chances of us ever being asked to do 3. so best no 3, 1 as a back up. you have studied 3 in class.
