8-9 hrs on week day, 10 on weekends.

I personally don't condone all-nighters but to each to their own I guess.

6 hours minimum weekdays, make up sleep on weekend (sleep debt - google it).

8 hours recommended every night.

Apparently everybody I know gets 4-6 hours of sleep.

I usually get 7 hours of sleep at home + 1-2 elsewhere.

They say 8 hours is good to retain all info but I know alot of people just sleep for 6/7 on school nights.
Alot go for 4-5 hours for the weeks leading up to exams, but always 8hrs+ during exams.

I have done exams on < 4 hours sleep and done well in them, but now in uni I prefer to just sleep in if I can and get them solid 8 hours

Isn't it normal if I spend 4-5 hours per day for sleeping?
Almost time i spend for reviewing and practicing exercises after coaching and school

I normally had on average around 6 hours of sleep per weekday during Year 12.

However, there has been the occasional anomaly where < 4 hours of sleep happened due to doing assignments or exam cramming sessions. I wouldn't really recommend these though.
