Does "just plainly attending lectures and tutorials" count? If so only six hours a week plus two hours on weekends to write up study notes etc for the following week. It doesn't matter how many hours you put in. Any person can study five hours less than the average student... you should take up as much time as you need to understand the topics ~ others who already have knowledge on the topic can focus on other areas and hence study less.

At school, I have a free period everyday. In those periods, I usually study or chill so about 1.5 hours per day.

I did 4 hours once because I wanted to hang out with my friends for the first time in 8 months and I only got 94.75.

Don't over-exaggerate. They only study 15ish hours a day.
