How many months of internships should you do in your undergraduate degree is the best? 1 month? 2 months? 3?

As many as you can the better. The more experience you have the better your resume and skills will be. The main thing you need to just balance is the time. You don't want to take on too much and then it negatively impact your marks at uni, so if there is any internship you are doing during the semester it may be a wise idea to take one less subject that semester so managing time is easier

Yeah ideally in the breaks but if it's during the semester than that's the next best alternative

Internships vary in duration. I recall seeing Tesla once advertise a recruitment intern role on a 6-month contract.
