I generally drink English Breakfast tea with a touch of milk (the lactose free stuff which is already adds a little sweetness) and no sugar.

I don't add anything to flavoured or herbal teas (T2 is awesome).

Generally none, occasionally 1/2 - 1...depends on my mood....otherwise a teaspoon of honey is nice.

I also like Iced Tea as its less sweet than soft drink but could do with a little less sugar.

it depends.

t2 english breakfast is pretty bitter if you leave it in the pot too long, so one in that.
english breakfast teabags, no sugar.
green tea, teaspoon of honey, if it's plain green tea, if it's herbal or green tea with flavouring [vanilla is amazing] then no honey.

I think English breakfast is enjoyable without sugar or milk.
Brilliant on its own.
Good tea or coffee doesn't require sugar or milk if you just want to enjoy the coffee itself.
I wouldn't recommend tea or sugar with peppermint tea.
Sometimes I gargle with peppermint tea after brushing teeth when not on the battlefield. (I use sand as "battlefield toothpaste")

I put a small teaspoon of honey in. I don't like the taste of sugar in tea, even less so in coffee.
