As in from prediction post trial to final?
Especially if you go to a top ranked selective school?
How much can it go up? How much can it go down?
Thanks

ATAR estimates can be extremely unreliable. Your ATAR could vary greatly from any estimate given to you either on BOS or by your school. This is mainly because there is no definitive way to convert ranks into an ATAR - you can only make an educated guess. Also, as the final exams are worth 50% of your overall marks, your situation can change dramatically with your performance in the externals. I remember last year at my school, the school estimated this guys ATAR at 97ish - he only got 92. Then again, some other guy got 96 whilst his estimate was around 91.
