I've always wondered with people who habitually spend amazing amounts of money on clothes, do you guys just have fuck off big wardrobes or do the clothes just end up making piles on the floor? Or do you regularly just throw shit out? I dunno, maybe my apartment is just really small :(

Their old clothes get passed down or sold off to people like me.

I have two wardrobes, several sets of draws and a two sets of shelves which I put clothes in. My lingerie takes up two whole drawers O_O

I never leave my clothes on the floor though, who does that? D=

Is it all Agent Provocateur nice? Frilly and lace covered type dandies?

I usually go for a couple of months without buying anything, then I spend a lot in one go. It averages out to about $50 a month.

Half my wardrobe is on the floor

partly because of not enough wardrobe space and partly because I can't be arsed putting stuff back after I've torn through it to find something.

plus it being on the floor = visible = more likely that I will realise I own it, and wear it.

my floor is always clean though (I vacuum regularly) so I guess it's OK

Maybe $500 for a year + $500 on shoes a year (so about $1000).

Most of my clothes shopping consists of buying Bonds singlets at Target. I buy really expensive Oakley shoes though.

I am surprised how some people spends $1000's on clothing. Its ridiculous.

i have definitely shifted towards spending more money on clothes to find cool and often locally designed pieces, but i wouldn't buy these regularly. i will try and shop in opshops as often as i can but then will save heaps to go to melbourne or sydney so i can shop in more high-end stores.

I have things I wear every day that I wouldn't pay much for but then I have amazing outfits that were ridiculously expensive that I feel were well earned hah
