How much of a backbone is yr 11 Pe to Yr 12 (1 Viewer)

Any key points to take out of the prelim course that applies to yr 12 for PDHPE?

depends on the subject.
Science, maths and music, the prelim is very important, not so much in religion and English.

I actually found the area in learning joint functions and muscles / insertions in year 11 really helpful for year 12 F.A.P / Sports med and Improving performance.

Doing the HSC exam yesterday, that little bit of extra knowledge such as inversion and eversion, rotation considering shoulders a ball and socket joint etc can come in handy to explain yourself.

Other than that area, everything else was just like nothing to do with it.
