You won't find many F cups or bigger in your standard department store underwear section. There are specialty shops that cater for giant boobs, though alot of chicks with huge ones get them custom designed anyway just because it gets harder to find well fitting bras the bigger you get. At least this seems to be the experience of my larger chested friends, I do not have this dilemma.
