what do you do (without being nasty or insensitive) when a guy is interested in you but you're not interested in him?

i.e. they want to be "more than friend", but you're just happy with them being a casual friend/acquaintence/classmate, whatever you want to call it.

is there any "nice" way to let them know that you're not interested? and what if you can't lose them?!?

i think the best thing the you will do is tell him out right that you're not interested and only want to be friends with him. but if he still bother you after that, its time to be nasty for him to get the message.

don't give him false hopes. maintain a gap between the two of you. if you will be too friendly, he might think you also like him...
