I'd really love to have a nightmare, one of those one where ur paralyzed with fear, where you're completely overwhelmed with fear and ur heart beat triples.

Havnt had one in ages.

Any idea how to force yourself to get one?

Any scary movies should be seen before going to bed?
(keep in mind that i enjoy action/horror/gore movies)

It's not a nightmare if you enjoy it, lol.

I have horrible nightmares.

Overheating tends to make me have horrible dreams, which is bad, as I need to be wrapped in a lot of layers before I can sleep.

have asthma? put dust or something on your pillow, nothing like a nightmare where you are drowning and then you wake up and you still cant breathe.

hmm i'd rather get one of those 'paralyzed with fear' nightmares.

i had this nightmare, once upon a time, like a few yrs ago or something, where i was half awake, but i couldnt move, and there was something coming into my room, and i was fixed staring at the wall, and the 'something' crawled up next to my bed and rose to full height, scared the fucking shit outta me!

thats the kind of nightmare i want

If you want nightmares you pretty much have to live like them in reality. Generally, people who have experienced something very traumatic like being tortured or raped have more frequent nightmares.
