How should I organize my daily routine? What method and HOW?

I have a job, two times a week.

Tutor once a week on a Saturday.

Extracurriculars - debating and soccer.

Should i drop anything or how should I use my time more efficiently?

If you are easily keeping up and going good in the subject you'll probably be fine with the time you have. I think it really depends on how you are going with your courses. It's sort of hard to tell being a few weeks into prelims but if you start falling behind or not understanding what you're being taught then you should devote more time to studying, meaning dropping some of your extracurriculars or less shifts at work. Idk if you can take my advice because I'm in the same year as you, but that's just my two cents.

I'm in a similar situation to you. I work thrice a week with one tutoring session. I've found that so far, I have been able keep focused if I stay disciplined and keep myself productive for most of my waking hours. However, I just had three assignments given to me today which could change things. As for your daily routine, it really depends on the times of your shifts/tutoring. On the days that I work, I get home, shower and change and leave for work straight away. I come home from work at 10:30pm and do study/homework until about midnight.

What time do you get home from school and what are your shifts and tutoring timeslots?

Firstly you should identify when you have free time - so create a 7 day timetable template (or steal one lmao) and then colour in the time slots you are NOT free (i.e. school, work, tutor, extracurricular - this also includes travel times, eating, sleeping, etc. It's best to colour code this so that you can see what's taking up a lot of your time). Now you can see what you will be able to clearly see how much free time you have for your studies.

Now it's up to you to decide whether you feel comfortable with your free time or not. If you find yourself not struggling to meet deadlines/not falling behind/have enough time to study then keep what you have. If the opposite, then cut back on extracurricular activities. By the time exams come I'd cut back on some of the extracurricular activities so you have more time to study (but that's just me). ALSO keep in mind that each subject has different levels of demands and hours of study. For example, you might be struggling in chemistry but acing ancient history although your teacher may be giving you two essays to do per week - so focus on your learning priorities and identity which subjects needs more/less hours of study compared to your other subjects.

I've known people who did sports, had a part time jobs and majors to complete and they were able to get through their studies without much struggle but that's just them, it might be different for you (since I don't know if you are or not).

Anyways good luck! Hopefully you will be able to figure something out.

I've been struggling so far! The work is alright but the WORKLOAD is stressing me out. I'll stop training for my sport for a fornight and see how I go. I also caught the flu so i'm trying to get rest while catching up on work. Thankyou for your advice, it means a lot!

Tutoring timeslot is basically 8-6 if you include travelling there and back on a Saturday and Sunday I go church but i can stop going for a bit to do homework/assignments. I usually get rostered on Thursday/Sunday and Friday so i've created the time plan and i'll see how i go!

When you get a time-slot in your time-plan that isn't dedicated to work, tutoring or church, take advantage of it. You can wreck yourself so hard if you just consider that time to be your relaxing time. Be disciplined about it.
