How to reset ip (1 Viewer)

I tried looking on the internet and looked at ways to reset my ip and none of them seem to work. Does anyone here know a way to reset their computer ip

A) Reset your modem?? (Turn off and turn back on)

OR

B) Run Command Prompt as administrator:

Type " ipconfig/ release "
then " ipconfig/ renew "

Restart your PC

OR

C) Contact your ISP

I tried B and it didnt work

A) I do not know where to press

C) I doubt they will change it unless I had a legit reason

Most of the time ISPs change your IP every ~72 hours. To reset your modem (if you know what modem it is search it up for an owner's manual) try to find a button that looks like an off button.
