hi, these always let me down and i rarely get over 18/25. i'm not sure where i'm doing wrong and my teacher only says 'just practise'. so i've seen all the business threads taht teach u how to write an extended response for business, so i thought i'd start one here. thanks :)

lots and lots of cases, legislation, reports and such and such to back up what your saying... is always a good thing?

cant say we were ever taught it by the nemnoic (i cant spell it.. no matter how i try)

but throughout the year we have been give all of them and the basic manner in which to answer it.

although.. LCMD is easier in hindsight..

good points exphate and dilemma, when they ask about effectiveness of the law in terms of individuals and society, are we required to answer all aspects according to syllabus like equality, eforceability, resource fficiency, community values, protection of individual rights etc or can we choose a few

All of those acronyms, LCMD; IRAC; PEEL are just guidelines. It's difficult to say what you are doing wrong individually without actually seeing your paper. Look at the question, formulate a position on it and find 3 sub-topics to support your argument. Support each sub-topic with relevant legislation, case law, statistics and secondary resource support. Don't blindly plug in resources if it doesn't actually support your argument.
