what happened to ext 1 english?

We haven't had a assessment for Ext1 English yet. But we are doing a speech as part of our half yearly block.

I just got my religion essay + speech back. I thought i did better in my speech than my essay. But now looking back over it my speech was hopeless.
For my essay i got 8/10 and for my speech i got 7/10.

our 2nd maths 3 unit assessment is THE half yearly LOL. 1st assessment i got 79%
our 1st HSC assessment for 4 unit math IS the half yearly LOL
Got 97 % for 2nd business assessment - tied with 2 others for 1st
Chem 95%
Physics - havent had an assessment yet lol.
Fucked up english bad - 67% for second assessment.

AND.....

Im preety much fucked also for the half yearlys, theres so much shit to put in my head and theres enough shit up there already, i mean shit shit. woot, why am i doing so badly?

Got our RESULTS for our last English assessment. Our teacher was so upset with our marks, he started to read them (couldnt give them back because some people hadn't done it).

He went to converge with some other teacher (also one of the good teachers) and they had the same bad results but he said we should have recieved better results than this, so that means its going to be re-marked.

WHICH I AM HAPPY ABOUT!

we have like 7 of the top 10 people in my class, and non of us recieved higher than 18/25. Also, it seems her class (the teacher marking it) had recieved some pretty good marks.

Anyone else have any problems like this?

Usually just kids complaining too much (me included).

Got some 1/2y results today:

Modern: =2nd/90ish, 92%
Weimar Germany: 23/25 - emphasised historical debate too much; limited historical info/facts
WW1: 23/25 - lost both marks in the comprehension

Ancient: 1st/40ish, 96%
Sparta: 24/25
Delian League: 24/25

Maths 45.5/75 (my Q5 which is worth 15 marks hasn't been marked so I think I'm doing ok...)- grade average was mid 60s (%).

don't know ranks yet. english, business and italian were all tests that i did no study for, so i'm pretty happy with those marks... i figure if i study for my half-yearlys i'll do well. except for ancient, i'm pretty much fucked for that...

You too. As long as you work hard for the trials, there is a high probability you can escalate most of your ranks to first also, or near first.

Well ive done a hand in english and an eco exam.

I got 96% in economics.

4 more exams coming up :O
