no they take your moderated mark

they don't work with raw marks

they are to be used when you receive your actual hsc marks
You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to ohexploitable again.

Hi,

Everyone has there own method of studying. What may have worked for one person to get 99 may not work for you. I did 13 units when i did the HSC and received 96.55 and every weekend diligently wrote my study notes and reread them every weekend, so that my the time i got to the HSC, i had read the notes so many times that it was second nature to me. I was also one of those that highlighted key point in my notes in colours and as funny as this may sound, remembered certain information based on the colours they were highlighted.

That worked for me and it was a long term solution to good marks, it did not happen overnight and i had to work hard.

All the best! :)
I do a similar method to you also :). However i don't read my notes always... (however i shall start doing it from now). !!!!!!!!!

Hard effort comes with results!!!!!!! good man and atar :)

I am aiming above 90 and I have ranks of

Adv English - 10th - 86
Software Design - 2nd - 92
Physics - 5th- 79
Mathematics 2U - 4th - 78
Entertainment - 1st - 96
Modern History - 2nd - 94

The marks I calculated using the marks I received in assessments and the weighting of each. They were just plugged into a calculator and hence are no definitive mark given by the school.

How do those marks and ranks look?

Can you give us your school rank and the amount of people in each subject.

If you mean the ranking of my school, then I think it is something like 195

English 10/33
Software 2/9
Physics 5/18
Maths 4/33
Entertainment 1/19
Modern History 2/36

If you do the Asian 5: Eng Adv, 3U + 4U Maths, Phys/Chem/Eco (Choose 2 out of 3) you can get 95+ quite easily, if you're not too bad at Maths (E4 for both 3U & 4U) and get Low/Mid Band 6s for your other subjects. You do need to study, but it's much easier than other subject combinations.

Im doing the hybrid build :)... Mix of Lower-class Asian subjects (2U, I guess eco to some extent?) with combination of conventional Aussie subjects.
