this is a bit of guesstimate, but it seems to work:
(A): (110-100/100) x 30% = 0.03%
(B): (130-100/100) x 10% = 0.03%
(D): (125-100/100) x 15% = 0.0375%
(D): (120-100/100) x 20% = 0.04%

So D is the answer because it contributes most

thats exactly what i did. i just randomly guessed that method and it worked.

anyone else reckon last year's paper was pretty hard/lame/stupid compared to other years

i guess the fact that they are saying "(100 base year)" is hinting at using that...

yes, last year's paper was difficult in comparison to other years. completely agree! maybe it means you'll get an easier paper this year!
